- In this paper, the theoretical analysis of system-throughput and user-throughput of slotted ALOHA DS-CDMA with random TPC is proposed and the impact of random TPC parameters on their relationship is discussed. The link capacity is defined as the number of maximum users accommodated in the system while keeping the user-throughput above a prescribed value. It is found that the link capacity may not necessarily be maximized when the system-throughput is maximized.
